This standard specifies the definition, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of recording paper for industrial automation instruments.
This standard applies to recording paper for recording instruments in industrial automation instruments (hereinafter referred to as recording paper). This standard does not apply to double-column and multi-column long chart recording paper 2 Definitions
The following definitions apply to this standard.
2.1 Long chart recording paper
Paper used to record curves in long chart instruments. 2.2 Circular chart recording paper
Paper used to record curves in circular chart instruments. 2.3 Thermal recording paper
Paper that can produce color and record curves under the action of a heat pen. 2.4 Folding (book) recording paper
Long recording paper with a certain width (page width) folding cost. 2.5 Roll (simple) recording paper

3.1 Type
Recording paper is divided into long recording paper and circular recording paper. Long-graph recording paper is divided into two types: folding type (booklet) and roll type (tube). 3.2 Feeding direction

The determination of the scale of the measured parameter of the recording paper should refer to ZBY123 "General Regulations for the Scale of Industrial Automation Instruments". The distance between two adjacent time scale lines of the long chart recording paper is 10mm for all kinds of feed speed recording papers. The minimum division value between two adjacent time scale lines of the circular chart recording paper is 15min. There are three scale lines A, B and C on the recording paper (which should correspond to the long scale line, medium scale line and short scale line of ZBY123 respectively). The width of the two groups of scale lines is shown in Table 3.

4.1 Paper quality

The instrument recording paper should meet the requirements of relevant standards. 4.2 Quantitative
Long chart recording paper uses 40, 45 or 52g/m2 paper, circular chart thermal recording paper uses 80g/m2 paper, and circular chart ink recording paper uses 100g/m2 paper.
4.3 Smearing performance
When the recording pen draws lines on the recording paper and makes the recording paper "completely colored", the recording paper should not be damaged and the ink should not penetrate onto the recording paper platen

4.5 Appearance
4.5.1 The recording paper should be flat, without folds, wrinkles, incompleteness, holes, transparent spots, cracks and other paper defects that affect the use. The surface coating of thermal recording paper should be evenly hooked.
4.5.2 The guide hole should be smooth and there should be no obvious burrs or deformation. 4.5.3 The printed part of the recording paper should be correct and clear, the ink color should be consistent, and there should be no color spots or broken lines that affect the reading. 4.5.4 The tooth penetration at the folding part of the folding recording paper should be good, and it should not affect the continuous recording and paper collection. The end face of the folding book should be neat. Roll recording paper should be rolled on a dry and hard core tube. The core tube should not extend beyond the end of the roll. The end of the roll should be flat and clean. 4.5.5 Marking of the start and end
The folded start end should be cut at an angle of about 35° from the center of 30mm to both sides, and the roll start end should be cut at an angle of about 35° from the center line to both sides. When the long recording paper is close to the end, a conspicuous warning sign that the recording paper is about to run out should be marked on the horizontal start or end scale line. 5 Test method
5.1 Paper quality
Inspect according to relevant standards.
5.2 Quantitative
Inspect according to GB/T451 "Determination of size, skewness, set weight, thickness and tightness of paper and paperboard". 5.3 Smear test
Inspect according to GB/T3386 "Performance evaluation method of electric and pneumatic analog recorders and indicators for industrial process measurement and control systems". 5.4 Size tolerance
The inspection of long chart and circular chart recording paper shall be carried out under the condition of ambient temperature (20±2)℃ and relative humidity of 63%~67%. Before the inspection, the recording paper shall be placed under the above conditions for more than 12 hours. 5.4.1 Size tolerance
of long chart recording paper shall be inspected at the beginning, middle and end of the sample respectively, and the measurement and calculation shall be carried out according to the following steps and methods: measure the paper width, scale width, folded width, any 300 scale length in the longitudinal direction, the size from the starting scale line to the edge of the paper, and the size from each scale line to the starting scale line;
Measure the diameter (side length) of the three circular holes (square holes) and the size of the short axis (short side) of the corresponding three oblong holes (oblong square holes); b.
c. Measure the distance between the two adjacent holes in the longitudinal direction and the distance between the two corresponding holes in the longitudinal direction; d. Use the starting scale line between the centers of the three circular holes (square holes) and the oblong holes (oblong holes) as a perpendicular line, measure the parallelism of their center lines, and measure the size of the connecting line between the centers of the circular holes (square holes) and the starting scale line; 520

e. · Take the left, middle and right points on the time scale arc, find the center of the circle and measure its radius deviation. 5.4.2 Dimensional tolerance of circular chart recording paper
Measure and calculate according to the following steps and methods: a. Measure the distance between the two parallel tangents of the center hole, the two positioning holes and the edge paper in the rectangular coordinate system to obtain the center hole dd, the two positioning holes z2 and the outer diameter DD.
b. With the coordinate origin of the center hole (to, y), measure the distance between the two parallel tangents of each scale circle in the axial and y-axis directions, take half of the value, and obtain the scale circles R1R2, Rr3· and Ryl, Rz, R3. At the same time, measure the coordinates of the center of each scale circle (1, yi+a2-yzix-ye*....).
