The mass percentage of the total concentration (in HSO4) is calculated according to formula (1): c-V x 0. 049
Wherein: m
-mass of the sample,
-actual concentration of the standard sodium hydroxide titration solution, mol/L: (1)
V-amount of the standard sodium hydroxide titration solution, mL; 0.049--mass of sulfuric acid in grams equivalent to 1.00mL of the standard sodium hydroxide titration solution (c(Na0H)=1.000mol)/L),
5.3.5 Allowable difference
HG/T 234$ - 92
The difference between the results of two parallel determinations shall not exceed 0.3%. The arithmetic mean shall be taken as the total acidity of the sample. 5.4 Determination of free vegetable acid content
5. 4.1 Principle
In an acidic medium, sulfate reacts with barium nitride to form sulfuric acid precipitation. Under the condition of pH ~ 10, excess barium and magnesium salts are titrated with disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid standard titration solution to calculate the content of free sulfuric acid. 5.4.2 Reagents and solutions
5.4.2.1 Ammonium monoxide buffer solution: pH α 10, 5.4.2.* Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) standard titration solution: c(EDTA) = 0.05 mol / L 5.4.2.3 Barium nitride-magnesium nitride standard solution: c = α(BaCl,) + c(MgCl2) = 0.05 mol / L Preparation
Weigh 9.2 g sodium chloride (BaCl2·1H2O) and 2.6 g magnesium chloride (MgCl2*6H2O) and dissolve them in 1 000 mL Use a wave transfer tube to transfer 29,000 mL of the total magnesium hydride standard solution into a bonded bottle. Add 30 mL of water, 10 mL of ammonia-magnesium chloride buffer solution and about 10 drops of chrome ink T indicator, and use disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid standard titration solution to titrate until the solution changes from purple-red to pure blue. The actual concentration c of magnesium chloride standard solution is calculated according to formula (2): cc(BaCl2)+c(MgCl2)
Where: 1. The concentration of barium chloride-magnesium chloride standard solution, l/L; ci—the concentration of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid standard titration solution, mol/L; —the amount of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid standard titration solution consumed by filtration, mL: 20.00—the volume of sodium chloride standard solution transferred, ≤ L, 5.4.2.4 Chrome ink T indicator: 5 g/L
5.4.3 Analysis steps
Weigh the sample according to the amount specified in Table 2 (accurate to 0.000 1 g) and place it in a conical flask. Add 30 mL of water, then use a pipette to accurately add 20.00 mL of magnesium oxide standard solution (5.4, 2.3), add 10 mL of ammonium hydroxide buffer solution (5.4.2.1) and about 10 drops of chrome black T indicator (5.4, 2.4), and titrate with disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid standard alcohol (5.4.2.2) until the solution changes from purple-red to pure blue.

0.098-mass of sulfuric acid equivalent to 1.00 mL of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid standard titration solution Ce(EDTA)=1.000mol/L), expressed in grams.
5.4.5 Allowable difference
The difference between the results of two parallel determinations should not be greater than 0.2%. The arithmetic mean is taken as the free sulfuric acid content of the sample. 5.5 Determination of water-insoluble matter
5.5.1 Instruments and equipment
a. G4 microporous glass funnel;
b. Oven.
5.5.2 Analysis steps
Weigh 10g of sample (accurate to 0.1g), dissolve it in 100.mL water, and filter it under reduced pressure using a G4 microporous glass funnel that has been kept constant at 100-105℃. After filtration, wash the funnel with water 5-10 times, and then transfer it to an oven at 100-105℃ and dry it to constant weight. 5.5.3 Expression of analysis results
The mass percentage x of water-insoluble matter is calculated according to formula (4): (m,-m,)
Where: m
-the mass of the funnel and the residue that have been dried to constant weight after dissolving the sample, -the mass of the empty funnel that has been kept constant weight, 8
-the mass of the sample pan, g.
