This standard applies to the quality classification of leaf spring products for agricultural machinery such as agricultural trailers and agricultural transport vehicles. Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards GB/T2828-1987 Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection) JB/T7283-1994 3 Quality indicators Agricultural machinery leaf springs: technical conditions Leaf springs should be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and comply with the provisions of JB/T7283. Leaf springs are divided into qualified products and first-class products according to their technical level and quality level. Product quality classification indicators should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Quality index classification table 284.4-323.5 >323.5~362.9 Static arc height or Arc height deviation Stiffness or Stiffness deviation Bushing bore tolerance Free arc height deviation 715.9~832.0 >8 32.0~902.0 Main engine load<49000N Main engine load≥49000N Stiffness<93.2N/mm Stiffness≥93.2N/mm Metal bushing Non-metal bushing Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on 2000-03-30mm Quality grading index Compliant Quality 1000×102 600×102 400×102 300×102 1200×102 800×102 600×102 400×102 According to JB/T7283 Free arc height ±10% (maximum value) Not more than 10mm) 2000-10-01 implementation Lip parallelism Lip verticality Assembly width deviation Lip width deviation Gap between sheets Sheet thickness ≤ 8 Sheet thickness > 8~12 Sheet thickness > 12 Surface quality 1 Gap between sheets does not apply to springs with gaskets between sheets. 2 The stresses involved in this standard refer to average stresses. 4 Inspection methods 4.1 Basic requirements JB/T50022-2000 Table 1 (end) Quality grading index Qualified products ≤2.0/200 ≤2.0/200 Should not have defects such as overburning, cracks, flash, etc. that are harmful to use. 4.1.1 From the time the sample is taken and sealed to the end of the inspection work, it is not allowed to change the sample or replace the parts except for maintenance and repair in accordance with relevant regulations. 4.1.2 During the product inspection and testing process, the accuracy and reliability of each test data must be guaranteed. If abnormal data is found, the cause should be found out in time and necessary processing should be made. 4.1.3 The accuracy of various equipment, instruments and meters used for testing should meet the requirements of measurement accuracy. Before inspection and testing, the test equipment and instruments should be checked and calibrated. 4.2 Performance Item Determination 4.2.1 The performance items of leaf springs shall be tested on a special spring testing machine or a corresponding material testing machine. 4.2.2 The method for determining the permanent deformation of leaf springs shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7283. 4.2.3 The method for determining the static arc height or arc height under a specified load, deflection or deflection under a specified load of leaf springs shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7283. 4.2.4 The method for determining the stiffness of leaf springs shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7283. For leaf spring assemblies with nonlinear characteristics, the load and deformation shall be determined by drawing the leaf spring characteristic curve when necessary, and calculated according to formula (3) in JB/T7283-1994. 4.3 Bench Fatigue Life Determination 4.3.1 It shall be carried out on a special fatigue testing machine for leaf springs. 4.3.2 The test method shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7283. 4.3.3 The clamping conditions for leaf spring testing of major domestic agricultural machinery models are shown in Appendix A (Appendix to the standard) 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Sampling method 5.1.1 Sampling inspection procedure According to the normal sampling plan of GB/T2828, the general inspection level I is adopted. 5.1.2 Random sampling is conducted among the products produced by the factory within the past year. When sampling, the sampling parent quantity should be no less than 50 frames. This limit does not apply when sampling at the distribution department or user. The samples taken should be qualified products of the corresponding grade. 2 2 Classification of non-conforming items JB/T50022-2000 5.2.1 Any item that does not meet the requirements specified in Chapter 3 is called a non-conforming item. 5.2.2 Non-conforming items are divided into Class A non-conforming items, Class B non-conforming items and Class C non-conforming items according to their impact on product quality. See Table 2 for the classification of non-conforming items. bzxZ.net 2 Classification table of non-conforming items Non-conforming classification Judgment rules Fatigue life of bench Permanent deformation Name of non-conforming item Static arc height or arc height under specified load Stiffness or stiffness under specified load Bushing aperture Free arc height Verticality of rolled ears Parallelism of rolled ears Assembly width Wide of rolled ears Gap between sheets Surface, appearance 5.3.1 Products are sampled and judged according to the requirements of the sampling judgment plan table (see Table 3). The qualified quality level AQL, qualified judgment number Ac, and unqualified judgment number Re in Table 3 are calculated by the point method (i.e. the number of unqualified items). 5.3.2. Adopt the item-by-item assessment method. When the number of unqualified items in each category in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified determination number Ac, the category is judged as passed. At the same time, the decision on whether each category passes or fails should be made according to the sampling inspection plan. The grade that passes all three categories A, B, and C is determined as the product grade.
