3.2 Inspection of the depth of chill
3.2.1 Inspection conditions: The surface roughness Ra value of the part where the depth of chill is measured shall not be greater than 3.2μm after mechanical processing. 3.2.2 Inspection instrument: Steel ruler and steel tape measure. 3.2.3 Inspection method: Visual inspection and measurement with ruler shall prevail. 3.2.3.1 The principle of judging the depth of the chill is to take the center of the cast as the center of the circle, and visually observe the distance from the working cast surface to the center to the first group of gray points as the radius R, and draw a circle with a length of 10mm and a width of 1mm. If there are more than three gray points (excluding three points) in the arc band, the distance h from the center of the arc band to the working cast surface is the chill depth at that location (see Figure 1, D is the cast diameter). 3.2.3.2 Determination of the depth of the chill
(such as the two end faces where gray points appear), measure the white layer of two-thirds of the distance from the joint line to the cast surface at 90° in any direction of the circumference. Measure 4 points and take the average value. For the chill depth of the composite casting cast, the chemical rat etching method can be used when it is difficult to judge the depth of the chill. a) 5%~10% nitric acid alcohol

Select any of the following solutions:
Gray cast iron specimens corresponding to the wall thickness of the window, the recommended specimen size is @60×350mm
b) In special cases, the gray cast iron specimens can also be cut from the lower journal of the bearing and gear by rollers. c) The bending test generally uses rough specimens, which can also be processed into test bars with a size of 30×340mm, and the diameter size tolerance is ±0.10mm. d) A section of the bending test specimen can be made into a tensile test specimen, and its dimensions should comply with the requirements of Figure 2. The two ends of the specimen (M28×36mm) can be made into other carter types, but the middle size must comply with the requirements of Figure 2. 3.3.3.2 Bending and tensile performance tests
a) Bending test, as shown in Figure 3, the bending strength is calculated according to formula (1): Ow=KP
