Criminal suspect and criminal registration photography is a special type of photography of criminal suspects and criminals. 3 Photography methods
3.1 Specification requirements
Generally, it is required to take a standard one-inch photo of the front and side half-length bareheaded person of the photographed person; the bottom edge of the portrait photo should be placed at the position of the second button of the uniform of the photographed person; it is required to fully express the facial features of the photographed person as much as possible, and special attention should be paid to objectively record the lifelong unchanged features such as moles, scars, freckles, etc., and if necessary, a partial close-up or full-body photo can be taken. 3.2 Frontal PhotographywwW.bzxz.Net
When taking photos, the center of the camera lens, the center point of the film, and the lower lip of the subject should form a horizontal line; the posture of the subject should be correct, the head should not be tilted up or down, and sunglasses should not be worn. The facial expression should be normal and relaxed. The two ears of the subject should be exposed evenly, the two eyes should look straight at the camera, the two shoulders should be balanced, and the two hands should hang naturally; the center of the forehead, the center of the lower collar, the center of the badge and the center line of the background of the subject should form a vertical line.
3.3 Side Photography
When taking photos, the posture of the subject's shoulders and torso should be the same as when taking frontal photos; the head and neck should be rotated 80° to the right, and the central axis of the camera lens should be aimed at the left ear of the subject. Be careful not to cover the ear with hair; the picture should fully show the forehead, eyes, neck, mouth contours and ears of the subject; it is generally required to shoot the left side of the face, and the right side can also be shot if necessary. 3.4 Background
Choose a medium grey flat matte object as the background, and attach a ruler to the subject to indicate the subject's height, facial features and proportions. When making the background, use a 60cm×109cm medium grey, non-reflective, almost solid background board, use a thick drawing pen to draw a 50cm×100cm thick line frame, and draw vertical and horizontal thin lines at 1cm intervals. Make a marked center line at 25cm in the middle of the full width of 50cm, leaving a blank space within 5cm of the right frame, and mark the scale of the height with a centimeter ruler, with the upper end line at 200cm, and the hanging height is required to be completely consistent with the actual height. When shooting, the subject is required to Stand in front of the background with your hands close to the background to objectively show the proportion of the subject's body and minimize the shadow.
3.5 Chest badge
A chest badge is required to be hung on the subject's chest; a 20cm×30cm wooden board is used for production, evenly coated with matte black paint, and the bottom is marked with a 1cm wide black and white scale. Approved by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China on October 15, 2001, and implemented on March 1, 2002
GA/T328—2001
1cm wide black and white scale; when taking pictures, hang the chest badge on the subject's chest at an appropriate position, and write the subject's name and number on the chest badge with a white pen.
3.6 Lighting requirements
The light should be uniform and soft, so that the facial muscles are clearly layered, the light ratio on both sides of the portrait is appropriate, and to prevent excessive shadows, use scattered light for shooting. When taking photos, you can use gauze or soft light film to cover the electronic flash, but you cannot use artistic modeling techniques. Photographic equipment
Use a sturdy tripod with a movable head as the shooting support equipment; use a telephoto lens with a focal length of more than twice the focal length of a standard lens to take photos, and keep a certain distance between the camera lens and the subject to prevent the photo from being distorted.
