This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of powder electrostatic spraying coatings for aluminium alloy door and window profiles (hereinafter referred to as profiles).

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 The profiles shall meet the requirements specified in GB5237-93 and other relevant technical documents before electrostatic powder spraying. 3.1.2 The profile should be pre-treated before powder electrostatic spraying to remove impurities such as surface oil. 3.1.3 After surface pre-treatment, powder electrostatic spraying should be carried out within 24 hours. 3.1.4 Thermosetting pure polyester powder coating or acrylic powder coating with excellent weather resistance should be used. 3.2 Appearance of coating

3.2.2 Profile coatings with any of the following conditions are all allowed defects: a) slight orange peel;
b) inconspicuous color difference.
3.2.3 Any of the following conditions on the profile coating shall be deemed as an unacceptable defect: a) severe orange peel;
6) obvious pinholes and shrinkage cavities;
c) severe color difference;
d) surface exposed or scratched;

3.3 Color of coating
The color of the coating shall be basically consistent with the selected sample or color plate. 3.4
Thickness of coating

Impact resistance of coating

Moisture and heat resistance
Test on the test plate according to GB1740-79 for 480h. 4.9 Mortar resistance
Mold paste is made by adding 15g slaked lime in accordance with JC/T481-92, 41g cement in accordance with GB175-92, 244g standard sand in accordance with GB178-77 and sufficient tap water. Apply a layer of mortar paste with a thickness of not less than 2mm on each test plate and place it at a temperature of 38℃±3℃ and 95%±5% relative humidity for 24h. Then, wipe the mortar paste from the surface of the test plate by hand, wipe off any residue on it with a soft wet cloth, and check with normal or corrected vision. 4.10 Salt spray resistance test
Draw two cross diagonal lines on the test plate (the scratches are deep to the metal matrix, the diagonal lines do not penetrate the diagonals, and the end points of the diagonals are equidistant from the diagonals), and then test for 480h according to GB/T1771-91. After the test, the corrosion flow should not leave the scratch line for 2.0mm, and there should be no trace of corrosion on the rest. Wash the test board with clean water and dry it at 23℃±2℃ for 24 hours, then stick a piece of tape about 25mm×150mm on the cutting area, and then quickly pull it apart in the direction perpendicular to the test board. 4.11 Coating Permeability
Add distilled water to the pressure cooker to a depth of 25mm±3mm, partially immerse the test plate in the water to a length of at least 25mm, and tighten the lid.
Heat the pressure cooker until steam gushes out of the valve, add load to make the internal pressure 0.1MPa±0.01NPa, continue heating for 2h from the first gust of steam, then cool carefully, take out the test plate, and check immediately. 4.12 Coating Weatherability
Perform the test in accordance with GB/T1865-1997 for 480h. 5 Inspection rules
5. Factory inspection
The items for factory inspection are 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7. 5.2 Type inspection
The items for type inspection are 3.2~3.12 in this technical specification, a total of 115.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) When the first production or production is resumed after suspension for more than half a year; b) After two years of continuous production;
c) When the powder coating variety is changed or the production process is significantly changed; d) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; e When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 5.2.2 When conducting type inspection, the weather resistance performance is allowed to be based on the test report provided by the powder coating manufacturer by the national statutory testing unit.
5.3 Sampling rules
Profiles should be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch should consist of profiles of the same color. The quantity of each batch is the quantity of one shift. The batch less than one shift is also considered as one batch.

5.4 Judgment rules
Profile coatings must all be qualified according to this standard. If one or more items are unqualified, the unqualified items should be double sampled for inspection.
