According to the requirements of China National Petroleum Corporation's 927 CNPC Keyu No. 66 notice, SY4026-93 "Petroleum Construction Project Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard Tank Engineering" edited by China National Petroleum Corporation's First Construction Company and participated in the compilation of the Engineering Technology Research Institute of the Corporation was approved and issued by China National Petroleum Corporation on September 9, 1993 with CNPC Technology No. 598-.
During the compilation process, the compilers conducted a relatively extensive investigation and research in accordance with relevant national policies and guidelines, carefully summarized the practical experience of my country's storage tank engineering in quality inspection and evaluation, and widely solicited opinions from relevant units, discussed and revised it repeatedly. Considering the continuity, advancement, practicality and unity of quality and efficiency of the standard, this standard has mainly made the following modifications: First, the content related to container production and overall equipment installation in the original standard was taken out and made into a separate article, retaining only the evaluation content such as spherical storage tank installation, vertical storage tank production and installation, gas holder production and installation and its affiliated steel structure production and installation, and insulation process. Second, vertical storage tanks are divided into three levels according to their volume, that is, storage tanks below 1000m3 are divided into a comprehensive sub-project, 1000m to 10000m (excluding 10000m) are divided into a sub-project, and the sub-projects maintain the division method in the original text.
