All items except 4.2.2 and 4.2.4 are factory inspection items, and type inspection items are all contents of technical requirements. 6.3 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a. Trial production and identification of new products or old products in the factory; design changes with major changes in structure, materials and processes; inspections should be carried out every three years during normal production; when production is resumed after two years of suspension; When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. e. 6.4 Sampling method 6.4.1 Type inspection shall be sampled at 2% of the batch, but not less than two units. 6.4.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out on each product. 6.5 Judgment rules When all items to be inspected for type inspection are qualified, the batch of products is qualified. If there are unqualified ones, double sampling and re-inspection shall be carried out. If there are still unqualified items, each product shall be inspected. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking QB/T1444-1992 7.1.1 Each product shall have a product nameplate and a rotation direction plate fixed in a conspicuous position. The content of the nameplate shall include: a. Manufacturer’s name; Product model and name; Main parameters of the product; Product trademark; Manufacture date and factory serial number. The following markings shall be placed on the outside of the packaging box: product model, name and quantity; name of the destination station (port) and departure station (port); name of the receiving and shipping units; net weight and gross weight; box dimensions (length × width × height); “Technical documents are in the box”; packaging storage and transportation diagram, and shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 The packaging shall be box packaging, and the technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8. 7.2.2 Users can use simple packaging or no packaging according to the user's opinions when picking up the product. 7.2.3 The product shall be accompanied by the certificate of conformity, instruction manual, packing list and other technical documents when leaving the factory. 7.3 Transportation and storage 7.3.1 Transportation can be carried by transportation tools such as cars, trains, and ships. 7.3.2 When loading and unloading products during transportation, they must be operated according to the outer packaging of the box and the storage and transportation diagrams. 7.3.3 Products can be stored in the warehouse or under the canopy, but measures should be taken to prevent rain, water accumulation, and moisture. 7.3.4 When stored, they should be placed on a cushion and stable, 100 to 200 mm away from the ground. Only one unit can be placed in sequence, and they must not be stacked. 7.3.5 When the product is stored for more than one year, its shaft seal packing or oil seal and bearing grease should be checked and replaced. It can only be used or repackaged for storage after the trial run meets the technical requirements. 8 Quality Assurance If the user complies with the transportation, storage, installation and use conditions specified in this standard and the manual, the manufacturer will be responsible for repairing or replacing parts for the user free of charge if the product cannot work normally or is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality within one year from the date of leaving the factory (except for wearing parts).
