This standard specifies the technical specifications, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation, and safe use of F01-1 phenolic varnish.
This standard applies to phenolic varnishes based on drying vegetable oil and rosin-modified phenolic resin. This varnish is suitable for finishing of wooden furniture.

5 Inspection rules
5.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items, among which the appearance and transparency of the paint film, the color of the original paint, the acid value, the viscosity, the solid content, the flexibility, the scratch test, the gloss, the water resistance and the drying time are the factory inspection items. Under normal production conditions, the type inspection shall be carried out once every six months.
5.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this technical standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 5.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard. If the quality is found not to meet the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-test according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return the product.
5.4 The product is sampled according to GB3186, and the sample is divided into two parts, one is sealed and stored for one year for future reference, and the other is used as a sample for inspection. 5.5 The supply and demand parties shall inspect and verify the product packaging, quantity and marking. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, and the marking does not meet the regulations, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have a dispute over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 6 Marking

7.1 The product should be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container, with the filling volume not exceeding 95% of the volume. The product should be kept ventilated and dry during storage, and should be protected from direct sunlight, fire and heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down. 7.2 The product should be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 7.3 The product should comply with 7.1 and 7.2 storage and transportation conditions, the effective storage period is one year from the date of production.
8 Safety and health regulations
This paint contains organic solvents such as No. 200 solvent oil and turpentine, which are flammable liquids and have certain toxicity. Attention should be paid to ventilation at the construction site, and measures such as fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention should be taken to comply with the safety operation procedures and relevant regulations. 4
