3.13 After the switch is waterproofed according to the provisions of Article 4.3, there shall be no rust or other abnormal phenomena inside. The insulation resistance, contact voltage drop and key torque of the switch shall all comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.14 The number of different tooth combinations of each key group shall not be less than 1000. 4 Test methods
4.1 The test methods for the torque of the switch, key strength, switch terminal strength, gear conversion, insulation resistance, contact voltage drop, contact temperature difference and pre-temperature resistance shall all comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of QC/T29028. 4.2 The equipment used for the vibration resistance test of the switch shall comply with the provisions of QC/T29028. During the test, the switch is fixed on the vibration test machine in the positive working position, the power of the switch gear conversion test bench is turned on, and the vibration resistance test specified in Table 4 is carried out under the conditions of the rated current specified by the switch and the test voltage specified in Table 3. The cyclic sequence of the vibration resistance test is:
durability test, two sweep frequency vibration tests of up and down vibration, durability test, two sweep frequency vibration tests of left and right vibration: durability test, two sweep frequency vibration tests of front and back vibration. Table 4 Vibration resistance test

4.3 The test equipment for the switch waterproof test shall comply with the provisions of GB4942.2. During the test, the switch is installed on the dashboard of the simulated host according to the normal position and requirements, and the test is carried out according to the protection level IPX3 specified in GB4942.2. The test duration is 30 minutes. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The switch shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and shall be accompanied by documents or marks proving the quality of the product. 5.2 The inspection of switch products is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2.1 The factory inspection items of switch products should include: 2

Factory inspection
When any of the following situations occurs, the manufacturer shall conduct type inspection: new products or old products transferred to the factory for trial production and identification: 1 group
Type inspection
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance: products produced in batches or in large quantities, no less than once every two years: when the product is discontinued for more than one year and production is resumed: when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results: when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 3 groups
The samples for type inspection shall be drawn from the same batch of products that have passed the factory inspection, with a quantity of no less than 9 pieces. First, re-inspect the factory inspection items, and after re-inspection, divide the products into three groups on average. The inspection items of each group are shown in Table 5. 5.3.3 When the user needs to conduct a random inspection on the quality of the switch product, the qualified quality level AQL according to the normal inspection plan specified in GB2828 is 0.40~6.5 (the specific AQL value shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user). General inspection level I is adopted. Inspection items are shown in Table 5.3
5.4 Judgment rules
JB/T 7309-94
5.4.1 The factory inspection items shall meet the specified requirements 100% to be qualified. 5.4.2 All type inspection items shall be qualified. If one item is unqualified, it is allowed to re-sample double the number of products and re-inspect the unqualified item. If there are still unqualified items, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products, but the vibration resistance test shall not be re-doubled. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The manufacturer's name or factory logo shall be marked on the product in a way that is not easy to lose. 6.2 Each product shall be packed with moisture-proof paper or plastic bags, and the outer packaging box shall ensure that it will not be damaged during normal transportation.
