JB/T2093-1999 Replaces JB209377 This standard applies to shears that shear square, plate and special-shaped steel in a hot state (the steel ring does not move longitudinally during the shearing process). 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. A1 Maximum shearing force Theoretical idle stroke times times/min 1Theoretical idle stroke times are the continuous stroke times of the shearing machine. Most hot steel shearing machines with a capacity of 2500 22500kN and below use AC motors with clutches. Their theoretical idle stroke times are a fixed value within the range listed in the table. It is recommended to develop towards the upper limit. Hot steel shearing machines above 34000kN mostly use DC motor to start and stop shearing.
