The test results shall specifically comply with the requirements of Article 4.1, Article 4.4.1 and Article 4.4.2. 6 Inspection RulesbZxz.net
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection classification is identification inspection and quality consistency inspection. Qualification inspection is a series of complete inspections using several samples of this model. It should be carried out when the main design, process, materials and parts are replaced or when production is resumed after suspension. Quality consistency inspection consists of four inspection groups: Group A inspection (batch-by-batch): All products are inspected when they are delivered. Group B inspection (batch-by-batch): Sampling inspection when delivering products. Group C inspection (cycle): conducted every six months. Group D inspection (cycle): Inspection is conducted during product evaluation. 6.2 Test items and sequence
The test items, test sequence and corresponding test methods and technical requirements and unqualified classification of various inspections are specified in Table 2. 387

The number of samples for group C and group D inspection shall be randomly selected as specified in Table 3 in the appendix. 6.4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 Determine whether each sample is qualified according to the items, sequence, technical requirements, test methods and non-conformity classification specified in Table 2. If any one item does not meet the requirements, it will be judged as a non-conforming product. All samples for full inspection should be qualified. If the number of unqualified samples for sampling inspection is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number (A), the batch will be judged to be qualified. If the number of unqualified products is equal to or greater than the unqualified judgment number (B.), the batch will be judged to be qualified. Unqualified. 6.4.2 Using inspection level I (or discrimination level I), the qualified quality level (AQL) of Class B unqualified products in Group B inspection is 1.5, and the qualified quality level (AQL) of Class C unqualified products is 4.0. In Groups C and D and identification inspection, the unqualified quality level (RQL) of Class B unqualified products is 20, and the unqualified quality level (RQL) of Class C unqualified products is 25. 6.4.3 Strictness of the sampling plan Adjustment
Under normal circumstances, the inspection shall be carried out according to the above regulations. In the batch-by-batch inspection of consecutive batches, if the quality level remains good or poor, the inspection shall be relaxed or tightened according to the transfer rules stipulated in GB2828. 6.5 Disposal of unqualified products
If Class A non-conforming products are found, the inspection should be stopped immediately, and measures should be taken within the corresponding scope to eliminate the factors causing Class A non-conforming products a.
before submission test. If it involves products that have left the factory, the user should be notified immediately to ship them back for repair or go to the user for repair. 588
GB 12662-
—90
The unqualified products in the batch judged to be unqualified should be replaced by the manufacturer into qualified products. b.
c. When Group C or Group B fails to pass the inspection, the products in its representative range should be stopped for inspection, the reasons should be analyzed, and the unqualified factors should be eliminated before being submitted for inspection.
Resubmission of 6.6 batches
When the batch inspection fails, after repair, debugging and inspection, the specified number of samples shall be randomly selected again and submitted for inspection? Marking, packaging and storage
7.1 Electric ignition cartridges should be marked as follows: product code, batch number, year of manufacture and manufacturer's code. 7.2 When electric ignition cartridges are produced in small batches, they are not allowed to be marked, but the code number, batch number, year of manufacture and manufacturer code of the electric ignition cartridge should be indicated on the product packing list.
7.3 Electric ignition powder should be packed in a plastic bag with a thickness of more than 0.05mm and sealed before packaging. 7.4 Explosives destroyers should be placed in a warehouse that is not heated, protected from rain, dust, and has good air circulation. The storage period of electric ignition cartridges is 3 years. 589
