This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, transportation, storage and quality assurance of crawler sliding cement concrete pavers (hereinafter referred to as push pavers). 3 Technical requirements and test methods
3.1 General technical requirements
JB/T 7695.1-95
3.1.1 Pavers shall be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures and shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.1.2 During the production, assembly, shipping and paving operations of pavers, in addition to complying with the technical requirements indicated on the drawings, they shall also comply with the relevant provisions of the standards listed in Table 1. 3.1.3 Raw materials should have the quality inspection mark and certificate of the supplier. The manufacturer should conduct sampling inspection and use them only after they are qualified.
In addition to the certificates of conformity, all purchased and outsourced parts shall be subject to random inspection when necessary or the quality inspection personnel shall personally visit the production unit to participate in the test process and issue a certificate. They can only be assembled after they are confirmed to be qualified. 3.1.5
The sealing parts of the whole machine shall not leak oil, water or air. The structure of the paver shall ensure the convenience of use, maintenance, repair and transportation. The fuel tank capacity shall ensure that the machine can work continuously for not less than 10 hours after a full tank of fuel. 3.1.7
3.2 Performance requirements

3.2.2 Climbing performance shall comply with the following provisions
3.2.2.1 The paver can smoothly climb a slope of not less than 10% in the running state. >4. 5~7.5
3.2.2.2 When the paver is paving uphill with a paving thickness of 200mm, it can pave uphill with a slope of not less than 5%; when the paver is on a 12% slope, it must stop reliably when braking uphill. 3.2.2.3

3.2.3 The maximum paving thickness of the paver shall not be less than 300mm. 3.2.4 On the premise that the flatness of the roadbed reaches 8mm/3m and the cement concrete meets the requirements, the unevenness of the road surface paved by the paver should be less than 3mm/3m, and the cleanliness of the parts and systems should meet the requirements of Table 3. 3. 2.5 Hydraulic oil viscosity Gear box g Support wheel, sprocket g Note: Q - standard dripping amount, L. 3.2.6 The reliability of the paver should meet the following requirements for 400h operation: a Mean time between failures (MTBF) should not be less than 100h: Machine attendance rate should not be less than 90%, Smoothness requirements 15/12 level (JB/T51026.2) 3.2.7: The working time of the whole machine from being put into use to the first overhaul should not be less than 5000h. During the paving operation, the paver can drive the tie rod according to the requirements of highway construction. When the paver spreads the surface layer twice or more, it should be able to ensure that the joints are tightly flat and the tie rods are normally driven. Without operating the steering mechanism, the straightness deviation of the paver on flat ground is ≤1.5m/50m. For a paver with automatic driving performance, its straightness deviation of automatic driving on flat ground is ≤0.1m/50m. The opening pressure error of the main oil circuit safety valve and overload valve is ≤0.2MPa, and the natural descending speed of the four-pillar hydraulic cylinder is ≤2mm/h. The symmetry planes of the active sprocket and the passive sprocket of the chain drive should coincide, and the offset should not be greater than 0.2% of the center of the two wheels. The hydraulic system should be able to ensure normal operation under the condition of ambient temperature of -20~35℃. The hydraulic oil temperature does not exceed 80C, and the rated voltage of the circuit system is 24V. When the voltage changes within the range of 0.8~1.25 times the rated voltage, the circuit system should be able to work normally. The electrical equipment should be able to work normally under the conditions of relative humidity of 90% and the ambient medium temperature as shown in Table 4. Table 4

The temperature of each bearing shall not exceed 80°C when the lubrication conditions are met. The paver shall have internal and external vibration devices and forming and troweling devices for cement filter soil. The paver shall have a crown adjustment device, which can adjust the slope of at least (0-2)%. 3.3.1 The paver shall be equipped with construction warning lights that meet the regulations of the traffic management department at the visible positions at the front and rear. 3.3.2 The control panel shall have a good field of vision. In order to better observe both sides, the operator can reach both sides of the paver through the passage. In order to facilitate night operation, the paver shall be equipped with lighting devices at the front and rear. 3.3.3 All passages and exposed places shall have anti-slip patterns or strong friction surfaces. 3.3.4 All rotating, reciprocating and high-temperature parts that may pose a potential danger to the operator shall be equipped with protective isolation devices. 3.3.5 The operating devices shall be concentrated as much as possible. The operating devices that are not frequently operated shall be located in a clear position, easy to reach and easy to operate, and the operating parts shall be clearly marked. There shall be operating signs at appropriate locations. 3.3.6 The main instruments shall be concentrated and easy to observe. The instrument should be equipped with lighting for night operation. The instrument should be able to clearly indicate its function. The lubrication point should be easy to observe, approach and lubricate. 3.3.7

3.4 ​​The test method should comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T7695.2. 4 Inspection rules
The paver manufacturer should conduct type inspection, factory inspection and regular inspection of the product. 4.1 Type inspection
All new products and modified products must be fully inspected according to JB/T7695.2. 4.2 Factory inspection
Maximum operating force
Each product should be inspected at the factory. During the factory inspection, the whole machine shall be inspected for appearance and tested for no-load operation: the technical condition of the main components of the whole machine and the working performance of the whole machine shall be checked. The machine can only be shipped after being confirmed as qualified. The product shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity when it leaves the factory. The factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the factory inspection outline compiled by the manufacturer. The factory inspection outline shall at least include driving speed test, climbing performance test, no-load operation test of each working device, lighting device test, load remote rotation test, and opening pressure test of each safety valve of the hydraulic system. 4.3 Periodic inspection

6 Quality Assurance
