This standard specifies the general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, delivery, marking, transportation and certification of wheeled tractors for garment industry.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements

3.1.1 The tractor shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures: 3.1.2 The parts on the tractor shall be connected by tightening parts and shall be firmly connected as required without looseness. 3.1.3 When the tractor is working, all systems shall not make abnormal noises, cause water sliding and air loss, and the mechanism is not allowed to be loose. 3.1.4 The appearance quality of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of JI/T6712, the lifting seat of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5673, and the performance of the paint film shall not be lower than the first grade of JD/T93.32.2—1999. 3.1.5 The lifting mechanism shall be light and flexible, moderately loose, and the travel of each lifting mechanism shall comply with the provisions of the instruction manual. All automatically positionable parts shall be able to automatically position when the operating force is removed. The non-automatic return control parts should be able to stop accurately at the vertical position. The maximum control force of various control devices should comply with the provisions of GR/T19107. 3.1.6 The gearbox should not have any parts or automatic disengagement. 3.1.7 The engine should start to run stably and can be stopped by pressing the shutdown device or pressing the key. 3.1.8 The steering mechanism ensures the smooth steering of the tractor: the minimum turning circle diameter should meet the requirements of the instruction manual. The free travel of the wheeled tractor disc should not exceed 3, and the turning performance of the wheeled tractor should meet the requirements of GB/T1SC49. 3.1.9 The rear drive output shaft of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1592. The power output suspension device of the front gear shall comply with the provisions of CB/T1015. The quick-change joint for pressure relief shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5862. 3.1.10 The inspection and traction device of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2789. The impact device of the wheeled tractor shall comply with the provisions of GR/27D. 3.1.11 The wheeled tractor installation device shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1593.1. The suspension device of the belt pusher shall meet the requirements of the matching system. 3.1.12 The front wheel of the wheeled tractor shall not have obvious swing during driving. 3.1.13 The display of the instruments and meters installed on the tractor shall be accurate and reliable. During the performance test, the surfaces and pipe joints shall be free of submersion after the firmware is adjusted three times. 3.1. 145
3.1.15 After the mud test, no mud or water is allowed to penetrate into the body of the tractor. The tractor used in paddy fields and wetlands shall be tested for water resistance. 3.1.16 When the tractor is used for transportation, the unit shall comply with the provisions of IEC 6175. 3.1.17 The product instructions of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9480. 3.2 Safety requirements
The safety requirements of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of IEC61H117.1. 3.3 Main performance requirements
3.3.1 Performance of the power output shaft
3.3.1.1 At the rated speed of the engine, the maximum power of the power output shaft shall not be less than 95% of its rated power. 3.3.1.2 The average fuel consumption rate of the power output shaft shall be greater than 365g/min for tractors less than 18kw.3.3.1.3 Special power output requirements: a) For tractors less than 18w, the power output shall be reduced by 12% b) For tractors between 18 and 36k, the power output shall be not less than 15% and for tractors greater than 36kw, the power output shall be not less than 17%. 3.3.1.4 The ratio of the maximum power output point to the maximum power point of the drive shaft: for tractors less than 18w, the power output shall be not less than 8%; for tractors greater than 18w, the power output shall be not less than %. 3.3.2 Engine power rating of tractors without rear power output shaft 3.3.2.1 Rated power: At the rated speed, it shall not be less than ten standard values. 5%, 3.3.2.2 Engine bench test, the variable load average fuel consumption rate is not greater than 310 kW h. 3.3.2.3 Engine bench test. 3.3.5 The rated fuel consumption of the tractor shall be B6376. 3.3.6 The tractor shall rely on the following environmental conditions: a) the traction product of starting and/or engine starting shall be 5%; b) for a wheeled tractor with a power of 5W, the fuel consumption shall be 0%.
3.3.7 Under the following environmental conditions, the temperature test is to be conducted. The engine coolant temperature should be lower than the specified value of 10000 (water tank temperature), the lubricating oil temperature, transmission oil condition, and engine air temperature should not be higher than the maximum service value specified by the factory. 3.3.8 Stirring performance
3.3.8.1 The maximum lifting force of wheeled tractors (the loading point is 619mm from the shaft) should not be less than the factory specified value, and the kW power rating should be less than 300

The structural weight of belt tractors should not be greater than 10kg/kW. 3.3.11 The MRF1 of the tractor product should not be less than 21:1; the comprehensive score of the efficiency should not be less than 10kg/kW. 5.1 Inspection classification
tractor inspection is divided into factory inspection, power type inspection and quality inspection. Each assembled tractor must be factory inspected to check whether the tractor's manufacturing, assembly quality and main technical indicators are qualified. 3

Comply with the provisions of product technical cases, the items of factory inspection shall comply with the provisions of enterprise standards, type inspection items for wheeled tractors shall be as shown in Table 1, for used tractors, the items for random inspection shall be as shown in Table 2, and the inspection items for quality inspection shall be determined based on the quality status at that time
Newly developed wheeled tractors must undergo full machine performance tests and full machine use tests, and component durability tests and reliability tests shall be carried out instead of full machine failure tests. Newly developed wheeled tractors shall undergo collision resistance tests instead of full machine failure tests. All the whole machine performance tests shall be carried out except the whole body dynamic protection equipment strength test. The imported tractors shall be subjected to all the whole machine performance tests, the durability test of major imported components and the whole machine adaptability test: 5.2 Classification of non-compliance 5.2.1 Any inspection item that does not meet the requirements specified in Chapter 3 is called non-compliance (defect) and is divided into Class A non-compliance, Class B non-compliance, Class C non-compliance and Class L non-compliance according to their influence on the product. 6 Delivery
6.1 The tractor must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer, and the certificate of conformity must be issued before it can be shipped. 6.2 The tractor should be kept in good condition during delivery: a) Drain the cooling water and fuel, and close the exhaust pipe that opens upwards; h) Wheel excavators should be inspected and the tire pressure should be adjusted to the specified value.
