National Standard of the People's Republic of China Calibration method of indication forodometer of motorcycles and mopeds Calibration method of indication forodometer of motorcycles and mopeds 1 Subject content and scope of application GB/T 5376-1996 Replaces GB4560-84 GB 5376-85 This standard specifies the calibration method of speed and mileage indication of speedometer of motorcycles and mopeds. This standard applies to motorcycles and mopeds (except off-road vehicles and racing cars). 2 Referenced standards GB/T5378 General rules for road tests of motorcycles and mopeds 3 Test conditions Shall comply with the corresponding provisions of GB/T5378 . 4 Test method 4.1 Verification method of speed indicator of speedometer 4.1.1 Set up a test section of 100m on the test road, and there should be enough auxiliary driving area before and after. 4.1.2 In the auxiliary driving area, make the speed indicator value stable at the specified speed, and pass through the test section at this speed, and measure the time required to pass through the test section. Drive back and forth once. 4.1.3 Based on the maximum speed of the test vehicle, select the test speed according to the integer multiple of 10, and increase it in sequence to the maximum speed. The speed measurement points should not be less than four points. 4.1.4 Calculate the actual speed according to formula (1). Where: x ti, t2 - actual speed, km/h; length of test section, m; time to pass through the test section once, t= + t2, s; respectively are the one-way time to pass through the test section, s. 4.1.5 Calculate the correction rate of the speed indication value according to formula (2). C . x Wherein: C—speed indication value correction rate; actual vehicle speed, km/h; speed indicated on the speedometer, km/h. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 10, 1996 (1) Implementation on November 1, 1996 GB/T 5376-1996 4.1.6 Draw the correction curve of the speed indication value (see the figure below). x, km/h Note: Use 1 mm coordinate paper for drawing. 4.1.7 Record the test data and results in Table B1 of Appendix B (Supplement). 4.2 Verification method of mileage indication value of speedometer 80 U,km/h 4.2.1 The driver takes the test vehicle and slowly rolls the wheel three times in a straight line on a flat test road to measure its rolling distance. The measurement is carried out three times and the arithmetic mean is taken. The rolling radius of the wheel is calculated according to formula (3). s Rolling radius of the wheel, m; Average distance of a wheel rolling three times, m. 4.2.2 Calculate the correction rate of mileage indication value according to formula (4) and (5). a, When the speedometer is driven by the wheel:Www.bzxZ.net Actual driving distance (km) Distance indicated by the speedometer (km) When the speedometer is driven by the transmission: Actual driving distance (km) Distance indicated by the speedometer (km) Where: c. Correction rate of mileage indication value; Odometer shaft revolutions Odometer constant, - E-meter indication distance (km) Odometer driving gear ratio, Odometer shaft revolutions E-meter driving shaft revolutions 2 yuanrk 1000 yuan 2 yuanrk ·(4) Drive shaft reduction ratio, i2 GB/T5376—1996 Odometer driving shaft revolutions Driving wheel revolutions Note: When the odometer is driven by the transmission, the odometer driving shaft revolutions are the transmission driving shaft revolutions. 4.2.3 The test data and results are recorded in Appendix B Table B2. 119 GB/T 5376-- 1996 Appendix A Supplementary Notes (Supplementary) A1During the performance test, the correction of the speed indication value can generally be obtained by using the correction curve to obtain the corresponding actual vehicle speed, or by using the correction rate for calculation. A2The correction rate of the mileage indication value can also be obtained according to the actual highway sign mileage according to formula (A1). c, Where: c,——correction rate of mileage indication value; Sx——actual highway sign mileage, km; s——mileage indicated by the speedometer, km. ·(Al) A3When testing with instruments such as motorcycle testers or five-wheel testers, the specified vehicle speed and mileage are controlled by the instrument, and the speed indication value and mileage indication value of the speedometer are recorded at the same time, and their correction rates are calculated according to formulas (A2) and (A3) respectively. C In the formula: C correction rate of vehicle speed indication value; vehicle speed indicated by the testing instrument, km/h; vehicle speed indicated by the speedometer, km/h; correction rate of mileage indication value; -mileage indicated by the testing instrument, km; -mileage indicated by the speedometer, km.
