5.1 The apparent hardness is tested according to the provisions of GB/T9097.1. Superior products

5.2 The determination of oil density is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5163, except that the surface of the oily sample is not cleaned and oil is not removed, but its surface is not allowed to adhere to dirt, and no excess grease is allowed (especially the concave corners and small holes). When removing excess grease on the surface, be careful not to remove the oil contained in the sample. Then weigh the mass of the oil-containing sample. In the result calculation formula, d is the oil density of the sample, m is the mass of the oil-containing sample in the air, and the others remain unchanged.
5.3 The metallographic structure shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/T2798. 5.4 The geometric tolerance shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13319. 5.5 The inner hole size tolerance shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1957. 6 Sampling method
6.1 Sampling method
6.1.1 For product quality classification, samples can be taken at the manufacturer or the user. Sampling at the manufacturer should generally be randomly selected from a stock of no less than 500 parts; sampling at the user's site is not limited to the stock quantity. 6.1.2 The automobile shock absorber parts for which the quality grade is assessed must be products produced within 1 year. 6.2 Assessment rules
6.2.1 The quality indicators of each grade of products are divided into key project indicators, main project indicators and general project indicators. 6.2.2 When assessing the product quality grade, each indicator required by the grade must be evaluated. 6.2.3 All key items must meet the specified indicators of the grade. 6.2.4 Main project indicators
a) For superior products, according to the specified project indicators, the item qualification rate must reach 95%, but the unqualified item indicators must not be lower than the indicators of first-class products, and there must be no more than 2 unqualified items in the same project; b) For first-class products, according to the specified project indicators, the item qualification rate must reach 90%, but the unqualified item indicators must not be lower than the indicators of qualified products, and there must be no more than 2 unqualified items in the same project; c) For qualified products, according to the specified project indicators, the item qualification rate must reach 85%, but there must be no more than 2 unqualified items in the same project.
6.2.5 General project indicators
a) For superior products, according to the specified project indicators, the item qualification rate must reach 90%, but the unqualified item indicators must not be lower than the indicators of first-class products, and the number of unqualified items in the same project shall not be more than 2: b) For first-class products, according to the specified project indicators, the item qualification rate must reach 85%, but the unqualified item indicators must not be lower than the indicators of qualified products, and the number of unqualified items in the same project shall not be more than 3: ) For qualified products, according to the specified project indicators, the item qualification rate must reach 80%, but the number of unqualified items in the same project shall not be more than 3.
