This standard is a revision of ZBJ87023-90 "Flat screen printing machine". Compared with ZBJ87023-90, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: The type of flat screen printing machine that meets this standard is specified. Improve the repeat positioning accuracy of the machine.
- Improve the accuracy of the two cross-line printing. Improve the reliability requirements of the machine brake and safety mechanism. - Reduce the noise value.

This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and random documents of flat screen printing machines.
This standard applies to flat screen screen printers (hereinafter referred to as screen printers) whose substrate is single sheet of paper. Flat screen printers for other substrates can refer to it.
2 Referenced standards

3.3 The model and name of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6530. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The product shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Assembly accuracy
4.2.1 Repeat positioning error is not more than 0.05mm in X direction; not more than 0.05mm in Y direction. 4.2.2 The squeegee is flexible to adjust.
4.2.3 The squeegee frame should operate reliably and the stroke can be adjusted. The angle adjustment range between the squeegee and the screen is 55~90. 4.2.4 The ink return plate should be able to adjust the thickness of the screen ink layer, and the straightness of the plate mouth should not be more than 0.15mm. 4.3 Electrical quality
4.3.1 The wiring of the electrical system is neat, and various markings should be complete, correct, arranged in order, and the joints should be firm. 4.3.2 The electrical system should work normally and reliably. 4.3.3 All exposed conductors of electrical equipment and machinery should be connected to the protective grounding circuit. 4.3.4 The insulation resistance between the power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit shall not be less than 1M9. 4.3.5 All circuit conductors of electrical equipment and the protective grounding circuit should be subjected to a withstand voltage test of at least 1s. Except for circuits with voltage lower than PELV.
4.4 The brake or safety mechanism is sensitive and reliable, ensuring that the machine can stop or immediately return to the original position when it runs to any position, without shaking or creeping.
4.5 The transmission parts of the machine run smoothly and reliably, without jamming, sluggishness or spontaneous movement. The protective device is safe and reliable4.6 The lubrication system works normally, the pipeline is unobstructed, and there is no oil leakage. 4.7 The platform vacuum adsorption device is fast and reliable, and should be able to ensure that the printed product will not move during the printing process. 4.8 The machine noise is not greater than 81dB (A).
4.9 Printing quality
4.9.1 The cross line error of the same printing plate for two printings is not greater than 0.35mm, and the qualified rate is not less than 95%. 4.9.2 The relative error of ink layer uniformity is not greater than 25%. 4.9.3 The deviation of ink application stability shall not exceed 0.12. 4.10 Appearance quality
4.10.1 The exposed processed surface shall not have defects such as bumps, scratches, rust, etc. 4.10.2 The coating of the exposed plated parts shall be fine and uniform, without peeling, blistering, local coating absence, etc. 4.10.3 The oxide film of the exposed oxidized parts shall be uniform and dense, with uniform color, and shall not have defects such as unoxidized spots. 4.10.4 The exposed non-processed surface shall not have defects such as pores, nodules, depressions, etc. that damage the appearance. 4.10.5 The coating of the painted parts shall be flat, smooth and firm, with uniform color and gloss, without obvious protruding particles and adhesions, and the paint film shall not have defects such as sagging and blistering.
4.11 Scope of supply of complete sets of products:

5 Test method
5.1 Assembly accuracy detection
5.1.1 Repeatable positioning error test

Suction the magnetic base dial indicator on a stationary object, and its contacts touch the two vertical outer sides of the screen frame or workbench respectively. Move (or rotate) the screen frame or workbench so that the table contacts touch it five times. Calculate the repeated positioning error based on the maximum difference of the five table values, which shall meet the requirements of 4.2.1.
5.1.2 Check the adjustment performance of the squeegee and squeegee carriage, and check the angle adjustment range between the squeegee and the screen, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.2 and 4.2.3.
5.1.3 Check the adjustment performance of the ink return plate, and use a flat plate and a feeler gauge to check the straightness of the plate mouth, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.4. 5.2 Electrical quality inspection
5.2.1 Cut off the power supply, and visually inspect to comply with the provisions of 4.3.1. 5.2.2 Repeatedly start and stop the machine three times, and check that the machine operation shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.2 and 4.4. 5.2.3 Check the continuity of the protective grounding circuit according to the test method of 20.2 in GB/T5226.1-1996, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.3. 5.2.4 According to the test method of 20.3 in GB/T5226.1-1996, the insulation resistance test shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.4. 5.2.5 According to the test method of 20.4 in GB/T5226.1-1996, the withstand voltage test shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.5. 5.3 Idle running test
During the test, the machine shall run continuously at low speed for 120 minutes, medium speed for 60 minutes, and rated speed for 15 minutes, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.5~4.7.
5.4 Noise test
When the machine is conducting a printing test, use an ordinary sound level meter to measure the A sound pressure level noise around the machine. The noise test point is 1.5m high, 1m away from the center of the machine, measure four points in total, and the arithmetic mean should meet the requirements of 4.8. 5.5 Printing test
5.5.1 Test conditions:
a) Ambient temperature (20±5)℃:
b) Relative humidity (60±5)%.
5.5.2 Test method
Use 250g/m coated paper and aluminum screen frame with a maximum printing area of not less than two-thirds of the maximum printing area, and conduct printing tests at 80% of the rated speed of the machine (when the environmental conditions cannot meet the test conditions, printing at 70% of the rated speed is allowed). The layout is shown in Figures 1 and 2. Sample 40 sheets, 20 of which are used for overprinting.

5.5.3 Loosen the printing plate after the first printing and reposition it for the second printing. Use a reading microscope with a graduation value of 0.01mm to measure the overprint cross lines A, B, and C (as shown in Figure 1). The difference in the width of the two lines should not be greater than the requirements of 4.9.1. If one of the three measured lines exceeds the tolerance, it is unqualified.
5.5.4 Ink layer uniformity and ink application stability test 5.5.4.1 Ink layer uniformity test
Print 20 samples continuously (as shown in Figure 2). Use a densitometer to measure the density of the solid ink layer at the four corners and the center of the sample. Calculate the relative error of ink layer uniformity according to formula (1). It should meet the requirements of 4.9.2. Du-D

Take 20 samples continuously, measure the density value of the same part of the printed sample with a densitometer, and calculate the ink application stability deviation according to formula (2), which shall comply with the provisions of 4.9.3.

Visually inspect the appearance quality of the product, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.10. 5.7 Completeness inspection
Visually inspect the complete set of products, and the results should comply with the provisions of 4.11. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection

6.2.1 Before shipping out of the factory, the product shall be inspected in accordance with the contents specified in 5.1~5.3 and 5.6~5.7 of this standard. If any one of the items fails, the product shall be deemed as a defective product.
6.2.2 5% (but not less than 1 unit) of each batch of products shall be sampled for printing test in accordance with the provisions of 5.5 and for noise test in accordance with the provisions of 5.4. If any one item fails, double sampling shall be conducted from the same batch of products for re-inspection of that item. If it still fails, the whole batch of products shall be inspected for that item. bZxz.net
6.3 Type test
6.3.1 Type test shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) Trial determination and appraisal of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b) During formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes, which may affect product performance; c) When the product is resumed after two years of suspension. 6.3.2 Type test items shall be all technical contents specified in this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and random documents 7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Each product shall be fixed with a label in a conspicuous position. The size of the label shall comply with the requirements of GB/T13306, and its content shall include: a) Manufacturer name
b) Product model and name:
c) Main parameters of the product:
d) Manufacturing date (or number) or production batch number 7.1.2 Product packaging, storage and transportation labels shall be correctly selected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB191. All packages that are lifted and whose center of gravity is obviously off the center should be marked with "Lift from here" and "Center of gravity". 7.1.3 The shipping and receiving marks of the transport packaging should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T6388. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The product packaging should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. The product should be wiped clean before packaging, and the exposed processed surface should be coated with rust inhibitor. 7.2.2 The product packaging box should be covered with waterproof material and reliably fixed in the box. The accessory box and spare parts box should be fixed in the gap in the main box and firmly clamped. The box should meet the requirements of transportation and loading and unloading. 7.3 Transportation
When transporting and lifting the product, it should be lifted steadily and gently according to the marks on the outer wall of the packaging box to prevent collision. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture. When stored outdoors, the packaging box should have rain protection measures. If the storage period exceeds two years, the product should be unpacked and inspected before leaving the factory. If the product packaging is found to be inconsistent with the relevant regulations, it should be repacked. 7.5 Random Documents
