Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7351-94 Medium Magnetic Field Permanent Magnetic Roller Published on July 18, 1994 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implemented on July 1, 1995 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Medium Magnetic Field Permanent Magnetic Roller Subject Content and Applicable Scope JB/T 735194 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of medium magnetic field water micro roller. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of medium magnetic field permanent magnetic roller (hereinafter referred to as permanent magnetic roller). The water magnetic roller is used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in coal, metallurgy, power and sugar industries, and can also be used for the preselection of lean magnetite ore. Reference standards Packaging, storage and transportation pictorial symbols GB/T13306 Label 3 Product classification 3.1 Type The permanent magnetic roller system is a fixed type, 3.2 Basic parameters and dimensions The basic parameters and dimensions of the permanent magnetic roller shall comply with the requirements in Table 1. 3.3 Model description: 3.4 Marking example Cylinder length, dm (take the integer part) Cylinder diameter, dm Medium magnetic field (medium) Permanent magnetic liquid cylinder (article) Magnetic separator (magnetic) Medium magnetic field permanent magnetic roller cylinder with a cylinder diameter of 500mm and a cylinder length of 750mm is marked as: Permanent magnetic roller CTZ-57JB/T7351-94 Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994 1995-07-01 implementation Parameter name Diameter of cylinder Length of cylinder Corresponding conveyor bandwidth Magnetic induction intensity of cylinder surface in attraction zone mT Magnetic induction intensity of cylinder surface in sweeping zone Cylinder speed r/min Maximum allowable torque N·m Particle size of conveyed material Original amount kg 4 Technical requirements JB/T 735194Www.bzxZ.net CTZ-57 CTZ-59 ≤750 CTZ-89 CTZ-811 CTZ-814 ≥100 10~100 ≤1500 Permanent magnetic rollers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1 4.2 The cylinder body is made of non-magnetic material, and the welds of the cylinder body after welding shall be ground flat. CTZ-816 4.3 The magnetic system consists of an attraction zone and a sweeping zone, and its wrap angle is 135° and 150° for permanent magnetic rollers with a diameter of 500mm and 800mm, respectively, and the attraction zone and the sweeping zone each occupy 1/2. See Figure 1 Attraction zone Sweeping zone Figure 1 Schematic diagram of magnetic system structure 4.4 The magnetic system can be adjusted within the range of ±20° according to the specified position, and a mark indicating the position of the magnetic system should be installed. 4.5 The polarity of the magnetic system is arranged alternately along the circumferential direction, and the polarity is the same along the axial direction. 4.6 The transmission parts of the permanent magnetic roller should rotate flexibly, and there should be no abnormal band phenomenon such as jamming. 4.7 The spoke part of the permanent magnetic roller should be painted with red topcoat, the end ring should be painted with black paint in the circumferential direction, and the surface of the roller and the exposed parts should be painted with silver-gray paint. The layer should be uniform, smooth and flat, and there should be no defects such as flow marks and bubbles. 2 5 Test method JB/T7351-94 5.1 Items 4 and 5 in Table 1 shall be measured with a Tesla meter of not less than 2.5 accuracy. Its value shall be determined by the radial component of the magnetic field on the surface of the roller relative to the geometric center of the magnetic pole. The measurement shall be carried out on any two sections of the magnetic poles in the attraction zone and the sweeping zone of the magnetic system, except for the magnetic poles along the circumferential edge of the roller and the part 180mm away from both ends of the magnetic system. The average magnetic induction intensity shall comply with the provisions in Table 1. 5.2 Item 4.5 shall be checked along the circumference and axial direction with a magnetic test block. 5.3 Item 4.6 shall be checked by a 2h idling test. 5.4 Item 4.7 shall be inspected visually. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Each permanent magnetic roller shall be inspected by the quality inspection department before it can be shipped, and shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 6.2 Permanent magnet rollers shall be subject to factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Each permanent magnet roller shall be subject to factory inspection, and the inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Items 4 and 5 and Articles 4.6 and 4.7 in Table 1 of this standard. 6.2.2 Type inspection 6.2.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in the following circumstances: a. When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for trial production and type identification; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; inspection shall be carried out once every three years during normal production; when the product is resumed after being discontinued for more than one year; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.2.2.2 Type inspection items are all the contents of Article 3.2 and Chapter 4 of this standard. 6.2.2.3 The type inspection shall be conducted on one product that has passed the factory inspection. If a product fails to meet certain requirements during the inspection, double the number of products shall be selected from the same batch for inspection. If the product still fails to meet the requirements, it shall be deemed as failing the type inspection. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Each permanent magnetic roller shall be equipped with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and shall indicate the following contents: Manufacturer name: Product model and name: Applicable conveyor belt width mm: d. Weight, kgt Factory number, date of manufacture: Code of this standard. 7.2 Permanent magnetic rollers shall be packed in boxes. The boxes shall be firm and have moisture-proof measures to meet the requirements of land and water transportation. 7.3 The packaging box should have obvious text markings on the outside, including: a. Receiving unit, name of the destination station; Shipping unit, name of the shipping station: Product model, name; External dimensions, gross weight, net weight: Necessary packaging storage and transportation diagrams, and in accordance with the provisions of GB191. 7.4 The following technical documents are attached: Product certificate: Product manual: c. Packing list. JB/T7351-94 7.5 Permanent magnetic rollers should be stored in a dry warehouse without corrosive gas. 8 Manufacturer's guarantee 8.1 Under the condition that the user complies with the transportation, storage, installation and use rules specified in this standard and the product manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the permanent magnetic rollers meet the requirements of this standard. 8.2 Within 12 months from the date of commissioning of the permanent magnet roller and within 18 months from the date of delivery, if the machine is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair the product or replace parts for the user free of charge.
